What We Do

We are a transaction management/coordination team, focused on helping investors and agents/brokers grow their businesses and spend more time getting more deals. We are experts in navigating the complicated communication process of getting these deals to close.

Once you have an executed contract on a property, submit it to us and we’ll manage all the tasks needed to get to close, including:

• Coordinate the opening of the file with Title
• Ensure earnest money and option funds are received from your buyers
• Keep you on track so you don’t miss a single deadline
• Maintain a copy of the entire file, including all disclosures, reports and documents
• Produce amendments to your contracts and other paperwork according to your instructions
• Interact as needed with your client to obtain signatures on documents
• Answer process questions from your client as needed
• Manage the process and documents needed for your private lenders
• Provide pre-closing reminders to your client about utilities, keys, and other important reminders
• Ensure your client is up to date and informed throughout the entire process
• Get the CDA signed by your Broker and on file with Title
• Collect payment for TC services out of HUD or after your transaction closes
