Property preservation is the process of maintaining the interior and exterior of a building. The purpose of preservation is to prevent the building, occupied or vacant, from falling into disrepair. In its simplest sense, property preservation is maintaining vacant properties. This ranges from cleaning them up to performing preventative maintenance to making sure the property is safe and secure.
